We are committed to providing you with the utmost in privacy and confidentiality for you and for your own process. We believe firmly in doing so as a matter of ethics. We will maintain that confidentiality to the fullest extent allowed by law. That is why the bulk of our work is with clients who do not choose to use insurance. For those clients of Emerge™ who do choose to submit superbills (itemized bills we can provide to you for which certain kinds of PPO and other health insurance may pay) to their insurance companies for reimbursement, we will work to provide confidentiality, but cannot guarantee it beyond the scope outline here and within the legal breadth afforded to insurance companies by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Individually, Chad may also work as part of his private practice with other insurance companies, provided you have fully informed consent about the privacy issues.
